FAQ
The questions worth asking before you buy.
Honest answers, including the ones that are uncomfortable to ask out loud.
Cost
Most direct competitors don’t publish prices at all — you have to book a call to find out. We publish real DKK figures because a considered buyer should be able to compare us against alternatives without spending 45 minutes on a sales call first.
The price reflects a full crawl, a Core Web Vitals assessment across templates, and a prioritised fix list delivered with a walkthrough call — not a template report. If your scope is genuinely smaller, tell us via /contact/ before buying.
No — every price on this site is shown ex. VAT. Danish moms is 25%, added as a line at checkout. EU businesses with a valid VAT number may qualify for reverse charge.
Yes — published prices cover the standard scope stated on each package page. Genuinely bespoke work (large multi-market estates, migrations, a fractional in-house SEO lead) is scoped through /contact/.
Timeline
Technical fixes typically show measurable movement (Core Web Vitals, indexation) within 4–8 weeks of shipping. Content and authority work compounds more slowly — usually 3–6 months before it's clearly visible in rankings and traffic. Anyone promising faster, guaranteed results isn't being straight with you.
Between 5 and 12 business days depending on the audit — the exact turnaround is stated on every package page.
No honest agency can guarantee rankings — search engines, not agencies, decide what ranks. What we do guarantee is the scope: exactly what's delivered, by when, for the price stated. If a retainer isn't delivering, you can give 30 days' notice and stop.
Contract length
One-off deliverables have no contract beyond the order itself. Retainers run monthly with a 3-month initial term, then 30 days' written notice to cancel — no multi-year lock-in.
Yes, after the 3-month initial term, with 30 days' written notice. See /legal/refund/ for the full terms.
Yes — email support@smartlogicseo.com and we'll adjust scope and price from the next billing cycle.
Reporting
Organic sessions and indexed-page trend, Core Web Vitals scores, ranking movement on tracked queries, issues opened vs. closed, and what was delivered that month. Full detail on /process/.
Both — the report is the summary; you also keep or get shared access to the underlying data (Search Console, Analytics, or a shared sheet).
A written report plus a call every month for retainers (30–60 minutes depending on tier); a single findings walkthrough for one-off audits.
What's included
Yes — reports, briefs, fix lists, and any content or assets produced for you become yours on full payment. We retain rights to our own internal methodology and tools, not to your deliverables.
Every audit is scoped around what's realistically shippable inside your actual platform (Shopify, WordPress, Magento, and so on) — not theoretical best practice your developer can't implement.
No — SEO is the entire practice. That’s stated as a credibility claim, not an apology: no cross-sell diluting the focus.
Cancellation
One-off deliverables: a full refund if cancelled before work commences; once work has begun, refunds are pro-rated against what’s actually been delivered. Retainers: no refund for a month already commenced; cancellation takes effect after the 30-day notice period. Full terms: /legal/refund/.
SmartLogic SEO is a small, independent specialist practice, not an enterprise agency — and we say so directly rather than implying a scale we don’t have. What that buys you is direct access to the people doing the work, not a rotating cast of account managers.
For consumer (B2C) purchases, the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal applies, with the usual exception that requesting work to start immediately waives that right for the value already delivered. See /legal/refund/ for the complete terms.
